In both countries this applies to different sites and to building complexes with several meeting rooms of different sizes. The requirements range from equipping small, medium to large sized meeting and conference rooms with screens and projectors, microphones and loudspeakers, as well as webcams. Elia Group requires the potential Contractor to be a qualified service-oriented partner for purchases and maintenance over the entire course of the contract. During this contract the Contractor also provides support for minor incidents as well as intervention teams solving emergencies related to the entire installed media landscape. Event support is required. One important aspect of the installation process is to ensure the continued operability of the media technology during on-going office work. So pre- and after-sales support is crucial. Elia in Belgium possesses two main buildings in Brussels, and further smaller other locations in Belgium, one in Antwerp, one in Namur, etc. In total, there are 13 different sites (more details below).
